'No sugar' month
I made it to be 1st of the month (of November) just to help me count. The first month is the hardest. I know I did it before. The body needs this or more to readjust and rewire. Sugar is terrible. Future generations will laugh at as for sure for consuming it in amounts we do. The acceptable daily dose is in the range of 25g. It's nothing. It is a fraction of what we get in an innocent dessert.
I decided to quit sugar as I saw that it means indulgence I can't live without. I can't live the day without. It wasn't always like this, but it is now. The promise of comforting quality never really deliveries. The body can't really distinguish kinds of sugar. There are no good and bad sugars either. Having it with the fruit or vegetable fibre helps but there is no healthy substitute.
I will keep on eating fruits for a month and then will switch to 'vegetables only'. (Vegetables are known to have less sugar than fruits).
Are you tempted to do the same? Join be on my journey. It's going to be 'a month' but I am really hoping to give it up altogether. It is easier to think of the experiment when it is consoled in a specific timeframe.
